These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Enjoyable Homes LLC ("Enjoyable Homes," "we," "us"). By texting or calling our business number, or by providing your mobile number to us, you agree to these terms.
Program: Enjoyable Homes LLC Room-Rental Messaging. We send one-to-one, conversational text messages only to people who contact us first about renting a room — for example, to answer questions, schedule and confirm property walkthroughs, and share our rental-application link. We do not send bulk marketing or promotional text blasts.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us (typically only in direct reply to your inquiry).
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to any messages you send or receive.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation and will not send any further texts unless you opt back in. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
